CLEANING & SANITATION STANDARDS -
Our salon studio is well stocked in with disinfectants, cleaning supplies and sanitizers. We are also following a rigorous cleaning schedule to ensure all high traffic areas are disinfected on a regular basis. All work stations, tools, linens, and products are being thoroughly cleaned, sanitized and disinfected between every service and nightly we are providing a deep disinfection to prepare for next days shift. We can assure you that we are taking the necessary precautions to keeping the salon Covid-19 free.
STYLIST AND CLIENT SAFETY CHECK-INS -

Staff members are required to take their temperature every morning to assure that all salon staff members are symptom free. If a staff member shows flu like symptoms they will be required to stay home until they are symptom free. If they have a low grade fever accompany any symptoms we require a negative covid-19 test to return back to work. We also ask if you are showing any flu like symptoms or have been in contact with anyone who is showing flu like symptoms within the last 24 hours that you please cancel your appointment immediately. When you arrive to the salon studio we invite everyone to wash their hands upon arrival of your appointment as we will be sanitizing our hands as well between every client.

Cancelation Policy
We Kindly ask that if you must cancel your appointment, please give your stylist 48 hours notice. However, if a guest does not show or cancels without 48 hours notice we require 50% of what was scheduled for that day before being allowed to rebook. We do understand that life happens...and those situations will be considered at the discretion of C'est Chic Management.
